Hey! It’s been a long time (again) since I posted…sorry… you know how it is. Summer is short and sweet in Winnipeg, so the more time I can spend enjoying it the better. Before we know it there will be a thick carpet of sparkly snow ruining our lives.
I had my traditional week off in paradise aka Clear Lake. Once again unable to scheme a way to live there all summer. So I’m back!
It’s been for a little while lately I’ve been feeling more anxious, on edge, and haven’t been able to sleep as soundly as normal. I can pinpoint a few things in my life that could be bringing the anxiousness on, but a lot of times you just have to roll with the punches. Not being able to sleep may seem obvious, but it’s exhausting, especially if it goes on for a while. I had mentioned this to one of my coworkers and he mentioned that his wife makes healing crystals, and mentioned she had some that might be able to help!
Now, I know what you’re probably thinking, crystals can’t heal you, girl. Well, although I would never turn away traditional medicine for something serious, I do like the idea of crystals for things that are just a little wrong. Ever since watching the movie The Craft I’ve wanted to be an actual witch myself, but it turns out there’s more demand for Graphic Designers, so here we are. That’s not going to stop be from collecting crystals and rocks, playing with Tarot cards and putting hexes on my enemies (just kidding…)
I wanted to share with you the bracelet I have from EarthStar Energies. It’s rose quartz (for love), and amethyst that help to calm and relieve stress. It also happens to be super pretty. If you want to learn more check out her etsy shop here.
The photos below I paired it with some other cool witch stuff (anything can be witch stuff if you want it to be, really). I’ve included Sara M. Lyons Cute Little Lenormand Fortune Telling Cards, Herbivore Botanicals Jasmine Hair Perfume (smells soooo goood), Palo Santo Bundle natural incense, and a pile of gems I picked up at random places.
